KF40® Bridge Void Panels

Transport Main Roads approved alternative to fibre cement sheeting for the purpose of sacrificial formwork in-fill sheeting for Super Tee Girders in accordance with MRTS77 (July 2019) Clause 8.3.
Manufactured from G550 (550 Mpa Yield Stress) steel in a 3-pan profile with a Base Metal Thickness (BMT) of .75mm and 1.0mm. The galvanized coating thickness is a Z350 (350g/m2) in accordance with AS 1397:2011.
The profile features squash cut ends, eliminating the need for end caps on deck. The squash cut also provides a rigid and secure platform during construction.
Pre-cut to exact void width eliminating further cutting during installation.
Concrete savings up to 40kg/m2 (16mm of slab depth)
